How it works

   Create a project

   Give it a name, like the house or family you're working for. Everything else is optional.

   Upload and group photos

   Choose photos or a whole folder, drag them in, or take them on your phone. Several photos can belong to one item; you check the groups before anything is analyzed.

   Get AI-assisted descriptions and pricing

   Each item gets a name, a description, identifying details and a suggested estate-sale price with a short explanation. When the evidence is thin, it says so.

4. 4

   Review, save and export

   Edit anything, approve your final prices, and come back any time. Export a spreadsheet or report, or print price tags.

Suggested prices are decision support, not appraisals. You make the final call on every price.
